How to Order Videos

Transportation workers or consultants in Virginia may borrow one or two videos at-a-time, free of charge, from our library for up to two weeks. Eligible borrowers include employees of VDOT and employees of cities, towns, counties, PDCs, and MPOs in Virginia and their in-state consultants. Also, videos are available for loan to LTAP centers in other states.

To borrow a video, you can mail the video request form to our address below or fax it to (434) 982-2856. Also you may send an email to ltap@virginia.edu. When requesting a video, please provide the title and VT catalog number along with your name, telephone number, email, if applicable, and postal address.

Some videos may not be readily available due to high demand. When this occurs, loan requests are waitlisted in the order in which they are received. We have multiple copies of the more popular titles, but occasionally customer demand exceeds our supply.
